How long will the inspection take?
Inspections will generally take between 2-4 hours depending on different factors such as the size and age of the house as well as what I run into during the inspection.
Can I attend the inspection?
Clients are encouraged to join the inspections but questions can be asked when the report is completed as there are safety factors at hand to maintain as well as ensuring accurate reporting.
How will I receive the inspection report?
Reports will be emailed in Spectoras format.
What should I do if you find problems during the inspection?
There is no need to panic as absolutely no house is perfect! The next step would be to determine the extent of the issue with the appropriate professional to determine what the next steps are. The inspectors job is to only point out the issue not determine the remedy.
