  • No Warranty: Able Home Inspections provides no warranty, expressed or implied, with respect to the condition of the property or the outcome of the inspection. The inspection is limited to the visible and accessible areas of the property at the time of the inspection.
  • Use of Reports: The inspection report is intended for the use of the client only. Able Home Inspections is not responsible for any third-party reliance on the report without our explicit permission.
